Gaylord Springs is a public course, open for all golfers to enjoy. Course fees include cart rental and access to practice putting and chipping greens. Tee time reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online or by calling 615-458-1730.
For Resort Guests, Resident Local, Non-Resident, Passholder Gold, or Passholder Blue rates, select "rate type" during the booking process.
To qualify for a "Resident Local" rate, at time of arrival player must present a valid Tennessee Drivers License for proof of residency in Davidson County or adjacent counties (Montgomery, Robertson, Sumner, Wilson, Cheatham, Williamson, Rutherford, Maury and Dickson).
From time to time, Nashville experiences inclement weather. Our policy is once a player has completed 9 holes, the round is considered complete, and no funds or future play credits will be issued. If a round is started but not completed due to weather, the following applies based on the booking category:
- Hotel guests and non-residents may receive a refund equivalent to the value of 9 holes (approximately 50% of the original rate)
- Local players may receive a code for future play, also equivalent to a 9-hole credit

The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting a lower price due to this real-time modeling based on demand, time of the day, and weather conditions. Dynamic pricing bases tee-times on demand, time of the day and weather conditions. This process adjusts golf rates - both lower and higher - in real-time, based on demand, availability, and other changing factors. While this pricing style may be new to the game of golf, airlines, hotels, and even you favorite sports teams have been utilizing this pricing strategy for years. With rates changing daily, Dynamic Pricing allows you to choose the RIGHT rate for you - at the RIGHT time on the RIGHT day.
