Each year, hundreds of brides put their trust in the hands of our professional staff to successfully orchestrate the most spectacular day of their lives. Ceremonies

Whether you're having an intimate wedding for 50, or a grand outdoor affair for 200, Gaylord Springs provides an array of wonderful ceremony options.

Ceremony Locations

Gaylord Springs offers two lovely areas to hold your wedding ceremony:

The Club at Gaylord Springs

With its magnificent view of the golf course, the Club at Gaylord Springs makes an excellent backdrop for your ceremony.

Wedding Pavilion

Our scenic outdoor pavilion is available for ceremonies of up to 200 people.

Ceremony Facilities

The following facilities are included in the price of your ceremony:

Two dressing rooms, to include men/women's locker rooms
Tables, chairs and linens
House sound system, to include a microphone for the minister and up to two standing microphones
Rope, stanchion and private-party signs placed at all entrances to the ceremony area
Riser available for minister, bride and groom
Set-up for all of the above

Wedding Receptions

Our scenic setting and gourmet menus make Gaylord Springs a popular place for wedding receptions.

Reception Locations

Dinner receptions are usually held on the second floor of the Club at Gaylord Springs, offering a beautiful view of the greens and a great veranda for socializing.

Reception Facilities

The following facilities are included in the price of your reception:

A room captain to orchestrate the service of the reception
Service staff in tuxedo attire offering optional white-glove service
Head table, if required. Guest tables and banquet chairs
Skirted tables for your guest book, place cards, wedding cake, groom's cake, gifts and reception tables
House decorations
Tables, chairs and linens
Riser for band or DJ
Dance floor
Set-up for all of the above

Rehearsal Dinners

With its spectacular views of the golf course and exquisite dining rooms, Gaylord Springs makes a lovely place to host a rehearsal dinner for your friends and family.

General Aminities

Free parking is available at Gaylord Springs

General Policies

Alcohol & Beverages

Gaylord Springs, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages on its premises. All beverages are subject to a service charge and sales tax. All alcohol is charged on consumption. Wine and champagne are charged by the bottle. We are happy to accommodate requests for special-order liquors or wines when the client assumes full responsibility to pay for the entire amount ordered. Gaylord Springs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.

Food

All food and beverage needs are to be provided exclusively by the Gaylord Springs catering department. No outside caterers other than cakes will be allowed. All food and beverage is subject to a service charge and sales tax. Please see wedding menus to see our extensive offerings.

Cakes

We would love to make an incredible wedding cake or a delicious groom's cake for you. There may be an additional fee for elaborately designed, labor-intensive and oversized wedding cakes.

Flowers

Clients may utilize the house florist or may arrange to bring in their own arrangements.

Linens

There is a rental fee for all floor-length table linens. Call for pricing on other linen options.

Music

Clients may utilize our house DJ service and bands or may arrange to bring in their own.

Personal Property

Gaylord Springs is not responsible for any gifts or items left at the ceremony or reception site.

Prices

All charges are subject to a service charge and sales tax. All prices and guidelines are subject to change. We are able to guarantee pricing six months prior to your wedding date.

Rice, Potpourri, etc.

Rice, potpourri, etc. may not be thrown at Gaylord Springs for the safety of birds and wildlife. Bubbles, birdseed or flower petals may be thrown outside of the Clubhouse.

Rehearsal

A one-hour rehearsal time is allotted, generally held one day prior to ceremony.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed within designated areas at Gaylord Springs. All functions are non-smoking unless instructed otherwise.
