Gaylord Springs offers a wide variety options for meetings and exhibits for up to 500 guests. From casual outdoor cookouts to elegant dinners, from business meetings to weddings, we offer a wide variety of location and menu options to suit your needs.

 

Clubhouse

The upper level of the clubhouse offers a grand meeting space with panoramic views of the golf course. This area can accommodate up to 500 guests for a reception or 400 for a seated banquet. The space can also be divided into three equal sections for smaller groups: Front Nine Room, Back Nine Room and Center Room each accommodate approximately 200 guests for a reception or 150 for a seated dinner. A covered veranda wraps around this space allowing outdoor access and breathtaking views of the golf course.


The Champion's Room is located on the main floor of the clubhouse adjacent to the Grill Room. This area can accommodate up to 30 guests for private functions. This area of our clubhouse creates a place that can let the imagination of your team flow during a meeting without being disturbed.

The main lobby can also be utilized for evening events of up to 300 guests. This space is a great place to hold a standing reception.

 

Outdoor Locations

The Lower Veranda wraps the rear of the clubhouse and can accommodate up to 180 guests. Create an outdoors casino themed event with cigars and open bars for your attendees.


The Staging Area is located directly behind the clubhouse and can accommodate up to 300 guests. A great location for an evening under the stars.

The Pavilion is perfect for up to 250 guests. Its location near holes #10 and #18 makes it the perfect stop for a mid-round or post-round stop. Treat your guests to a southern-style cookout, cocktail reception, awards ceremony or an elegant dinner.
